How Payments Are Processed

Order Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@aiolos.store. For both cancelled orders and approved product returns, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method once approved or inspected.
